Book your Trip
A reservation/booking is considered valid only when the agreed-upon ticket price is fully paid, unless specified otherwise. By paying for the tickets you acknowledge having read and unconditionally agreed to the General Conditions stated in this page. These General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Contract between you and Euro Express Train”. You are obliged to pay any costs from unforeseen charges added by government changes which are directly involved in the booked package (example: tourist taxes).
Payment of Your Tour
Reservation confirmation occurs upon full payment of the tour price, unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay the total tour price cancels your booking.
Cancellation of Initial Booking (Cancellation Policy)
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start of your pre-booked and pre-paid tour. To validate your cancellation, it must be communicated in writing to info@euroexpress.gr no later than 24 hours before the tour’s commencement. A refund will be issued under these conditions. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the tour begins, no refund is possible.
Transfer of Reservation
Transferring a booking to another date or person for the same tour is possible only after consulting with “Euro Express Train” to ensure feasibility. Notification must be made no later than 24 hours before each tour’s start. Both the original and new booking parties are jointly and severally liable for any additional charges arising from the transfer. The organizer will inform the original booking party of the actual transfer cost.

Health and Sanitary Conditions
Those participating in an organized excursion should ensure they meet the necessary and applicable health conditions at the time, and be in such a physical condition that they can complete the excursion they have booked without causing delays for the other excursionists. They must also carry all the necessary and prerequisite documents (health – medical) for their participation in the excursion (e.g., vaccination certificates, etc.). For this reason, they should contact the competent Authorities. Especially in cases of epidemics/pandemics (e.g., COVID-19), specific health regulations/procedures apply that must be followed.
Excursionists’ Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times during the excursion. We will assist with lost items, but any expenses incurred will be your responsibility.
Minor Excursionists
When minors participate in excursions, their parents or guardians hold the following responsibilities:
Required Documents: Ensure all necessary documents and papers for the minors are brought.
Safety and Conduct in the Excursion Vehicle: Ensure the minors’ safe and appropriate behavior while in the excursion vehicle.
Caring for Needs: Attend to all needs of the minors throughout the excursion.
Program Changes – Delays – Cancellations
“Euro Express Train” commits to the timely accuracy of its excursions. The excursions will start and finish at the scheduled times and days. Any delays by excursionists will not be accepted out of respect for the other participants. Delays due to external factors, (e.g., weather conditions, traffic, etc.) will not drastically change the flow of the excursion. Any mechanical failures of the excursion vehicle will be addressed either by replacing it or changing the start time of the excursion. If this is not possible or if an excursionist does not wish or cannot participate for any reason, there will be an option for a full refund of the amount paid for the tickets. A change in the start time of the excursion will be justified by “Euro Express Train” only for reasons of force majeure. In this case, if the change occurs up to 24 hours before the start of the trip, the excursionists must be informed in writing of the new time and day of the excursion. If the change occurs less than 24 hours before the start of the excursion, “Euro Express Train” may notify the excursionists either by telephone if possible, or through its representative at the initial time of the excursion, and inform them of their above-mentioned options.
